CARH Member Discounts are available!*

The National Council for Affordable and Rural Housing (CARH) offers their members discounts on Fair Housing and 3560 training through E-Train and Fair Housing Solutions.

Interested in joining CARH to take advantage of this discount and other great programs? Visit the CARH Website!

If you are already a CARH Member, to take advantage of the CARH Discount, you must email CARH (carh@carh.org) and request a discount code.

Please include the following in your email to CARH:

Management Company name

Property Name(s)

Number of individuals you plan to register for each property

The individuals' names that will be registering for the courses

so that they can verify that the Membership and required Training Fees have been paid.

Once you have received your Discount Code from the CARH National Office, please return to this webpage to register.

*NOTE: Your company must be a national CARH member in order to take advantage of the discounted pricing for CARH members. In addition, individual properties of national CARH members may receive the discounted CARH pricing ONLY if that property has paid the appropriate Property Training and Education Fee. CARH membership, as well as joined property membership, must be verified in order to receive the CARH discount.
